Role PurposeÂ
The HR Systems & Operations Specialist is responsible for enabling efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR service delivery across LTG through ownership of HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics, data governance, and operational process support.Â
The role acts as a key enabler for HR Operations, HR Advisory, Payroll, and Business Partnering activities, ensuring the integrity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of HR systems, workforce data, reporting, analytics, and operational processes.Â
Combining strong technical expertise with operational execution, the role supports HR programmes, reporting automation, compliance requirements, and annual people-cycle activity while optimising HR processes and protecting strategic HR capacity from administrative burden. The position plays a key role in enabling a more efficient, insight led, and scalable HR function.Â
Key AccountabilitiesÂ
HR Systems Administration & TechnologyÂ
- Serve as primary administrator for LTG HR systems, including ADP, LMS platforms and related HR technology solutionsÂ
Provide day-to-day system administration and support, including: Â
- HR systems administration and coordination (including ADP and future HR technology platforms)Â
- LMS administration, user management and learning compliance supportÂ
- Workflow configuration, maintenance and optimisation Â
- User access, security management and role based permissions Â
- System troubleshooting and issue resolution, partnering with vendors where required Â
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing and optimisation initiativesÂ
- Support implementation of new HR technology capabilities, functionality and process improvementsÂ
- Maintain system governance standards, documentation and change controlsÂ
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation and operational efficiency through technologyÂ
- Support system adoption, user guidance and continuous improvement activities across the HR functionÂ
Workforce Analytics & ReportingÂ
Deliver standardised monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages to support workforce planning, strategic decision-making, audits and compliance reporting, including: Â
- Headcount, attrition, hiring and workforce composition Â
- Financial, regional and country specific reporting Â
- Create, maintain and continuously enhance interactive dashboards, KPI reporting and workforce analytics tools for HR and business stakeholdersÂ
- Analyse workforce trends and people metrics, identifying risks, opportunities and actionable insights to support HR and business decision makingÂ
- Translate complex people data into actionable insights and executive summaries to support strategic decision makingÂ
- Deliver custom reporting requests while driving standardised metrics, reporting methodologies and consistent workforce definitions across the organisationÂ
- Automate recurring reporting workflows to optimise efficiency and reduce manual data manipulationÂ
- Establish robust data validation and quality control processes to ensure accurate, reliable and timely reportingÂ
Data Governance & HRIS IntegrityÂ
- Monitor, audit and validate HR data to maintain the integrity, accuracy and consistency of workforce information across HR systems and reporting platformsÂ
- Establish and maintain workforce data standards, definitions and governance controls to support consistent reporting, compliance and decision-making across LTG Â
- Partner with HR Operations, Payroll and HR Advisory teams to embed effective data management practices, ensuring adherence to approved processes, controls and standard operating proceduresÂ
- Conduct routine validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities to maintain trusted workforce data for reporting, analytics, compliance and executive decision making Â
- Identify data quality risks, process gaps and governance issues, recommending and implementing improvements to strengthen workforce data integrityÂ
Learning Management System (LMS) AdministrationÂ
- Serve as primary administrator and operational owner for LTG's Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning technologiesÂ
Administer and maintain LMS functionality, including: Â
- User provisioning and access management Â
- Training assignment and completion tracking Â
- Learning catalogue administration Â
- Course configuration and maintenance Â
- Reporting and analytics Â
- System permissions and security management Â
- Monitor, track and report on mandatory and compliance learning activity, escalating risks and supporting completion initiatives where requiredÂ
- Support organisational learning, talent and people initiatives through effective use of LMS functionality, reporting and tracking mechanismsÂ
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support learning administration, reporting requirements and continuous improvement of learning processesÂ
HR Programme Enablement & Process GovernanceÂ
Maintain and continuously improve HR process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance materials and process controls:
- Support process governance, standardisation and operational consistency across LTG HR activities. Â
- Identify, recommend and support implementation of process improvements, automation opportunities and scalable ways of working. Â
- Coordinate cross functional HR activities requiring systems, reporting, workflow or process governance support. Â
Support delivery of annual HR programmes through administration, reporting, tracking and system enablement, including: Â
- Performance management cycles Â
- Engagement surveys and follow up reporting Â
- Workforce planning activities Â
- Annual people cycle processes Â
- Provide reporting frameworks, programme tracking, governance reporting and system optimisation support for HR initiatives and people programmes. Â
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support system updates, functionality enhancements, training and user adoption. Â
- Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure timely, effective and consistent delivery of HR programmes, reporting requirements and process improvements.Â
Payroll & Vendor Co-ordinationÂ
- Partner with the International Payroll Lead to support payroll governance, reporting, controls and process improvement activitiesÂ
- Support payroll governance and operational delivery through effective coordination with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors and regional payroll resourcesÂ
Support third party payroll operations through: Â
- Vendor coordination and issue resolution Â
- Payroll related reporting, controls and data validation Â
- Payroll change tracking and process support Â
- Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance requirements Â
- Provide payroll reporting and workforce data support to enable accurate and timely payroll processingÂ

Experience & knowledgeÂ
- Experience supporting HR systems, workforce reporting, analytics and operational HR processes within a complex organisational environmentÂ
- Strong experience administering and supporting HRIS platforms (e.g. ADP or equivalent HCM systems)Â
- Experience working with workforce data, reporting, analytics and data governance practicesÂ
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis and reportingÂ
- Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards and workforce analytics solutionsÂ
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platformsÂ
- Experience administering or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS)Â
