Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a highly organized and personableService Account Coordinator to support client accounts and help ensure a seamless service experience.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of coordination between clients and internal teams. You will assist with account communication, service requests, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day account needs while helping maintain the high standard of service our clients expect.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear and positive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate client requests, service updates, and account-related activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized account records and documentation.
• Communicate important information between clients and internal departments.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination.
• Respond to client questions and help resolve routine account concerns.
• Monitor account activity to ensure requests and commitments are completed efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Maintain professional communication across phone, email, and other business channels.
• Support internal teams with account information, documentation, and administrative coordination.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
