We are looking for aPost-Surgical Services Technician to join our team. The schedule for this position is6am to 2pm; hours may vary; on call every 6-7 weeks, travel required.

ThePost-Surgical Service Technician acts as a service technician by delivering equipment ordered by physician, and training patient in use; offersadditional products as needed such as custom orthotics (ex. Ligament bracing).Communicates with patients providing them with co-insurance amounts and collects co-pays. Follows up with patients to ensure their satisfaction with the products and arranges pick-up for rental items.Works closely with the Post-Surgical Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.  

Essential Functions: 

• Provides thorough instructions on how to use equipment to patient and family. 

• Picks up equipment in a timely manner. 

• Travels to patients’ homes, hospitals, nursing homes, PT/OT clinics. 

• Calls patients prior to surgery to describe products ordered for them; explain financial responsibilities.   

• Collects co-insurance payments from patients.
