Identity and Access Management Engineer

You will be part of theCentral Security Authority within CISO Operations, responsible for Identity and Access Management in a regulated international environment. The team ensures compliant, auditable, and efficient user access management processes in close collaboration with IT, application owners, and business stakeholders.

Your key tasks 

• Operate theend-to-end authorization management process, including request validation, approval checks, and access provisioning
• ExecuteJoiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) activities in line with security policies and audit requirements
• Performoperational activities in One Identity Manager, including job queue monitoring, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and minor workflow configuration
• Executecontrol activities and periodic reviews to ensure compliance (e.g., access recertifications, policy adherence, SoD principles)
• Collaborate withinternal stakeholders (Service Desk, technical teams, requestors, line managers) to ensure timely and secure access management

• 2–5 years of experience inIdentity & Access Management operations or a similar security role
• Hands-on experience withOne Identity Manager (operations, provisioning, troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding ofaccess control principles (least privilege, segregation of duties, role-based access)
• Experience withoperational IAM processes (JML lifecycle, approvals, access reviews, audit controls)
• Strong communication skills;fluent in English (written and spoken)

It would be a real bonus if you have 

• Knowledge ofAvaloq Core Platform functional security
• Experience incloud environments, preferablyOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience working inregulated environments (e.g., financial services, audit/compliance-driven organizations)
• Experience with PAM technology
