ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 
Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite Â
Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Lone Wolf platform suite Â
Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities Â
Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks Â
Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration Â
Use expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practices Â
Work closely with the Business Solutions Consultant team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization Â
Provide clear guidance around data extracts from the Lone Wolf application so clients can take advantage of third-party APIs Â
Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget Â
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf direction Â
Participate in internal UAT activities as required Â
Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate industry and trends within the industryÂ
REQUIREMENTS: 
A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field Â
Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task Â
Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training Â
Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs Â
Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills Â
Outstanding client relationship skills Â
Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products Â
Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred  Â
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
EDUCATION:Â A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field.Â
EXPERIENCE:   1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.Â
