Role Overview :
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention of Philippines-based users and partners. This is an outbound voice-process role where you will guide new users through the onboarding journey, educate them about the platform, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and driving user activation through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing users.
- Guide new users through the onboarding and activation process.
- Assist users in completing profiles, verification requirements, and onboarding steps.
- Educate users about platform features, guidelines, incentives, and opportunities.
- Follow up with users to ensure successful activation and continued engagement.
- Re-engage inactive users and encourage platform participation.
- Address basic user queries and coordinate escalations when required.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and follow-up activities.
- Deliver a positive user experience through professional and empathetic communication.
- Stay updated on platform updates, operational processes, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in any of the following:
- Customer Engagement
- User Onboarding
- Telemarketing
- Outbound Calling
- Customer Success
- Retention
- Voice Process Operations
- Strong spoken and writtenFilipino/Tagalog & English communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently over calls.
- Strong persuasion, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with daily calling targets and follow-up activities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international users or customers.
- Experience in onboarding, activation, community engagement, or retention programs.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and virtual collaboration.
- Filipino/Tagalog language proficiency is an advantage.
