Summary:
Help Drive the Future of Product Development by supporting prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) programs. Ensure critical materials are available to meet aggressive development and launch timelines. Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to manage material readiness, resolve shortages, and mitigate supply chain risks. Provide visibility to stakeholders, drive accountability, and ensure successful execution of key development builds.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage out-of-process Product Development (PD) material required for prototype and pilot builds.
- Monitor critical material orders and proactively drive resolution of supply constraints, supplier delays, and material shortages.
- Create, maintain, and distribute inventory and material status reports for daily visibility into high-priority components.
- Communicate material risks, supplier promise dates, and schedule impacts to Engineering, Logistics Planning Analysts (LPAs), Procurement teams, and leadership.
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availability aligns with build schedules and program milestones.
- Escalate critical supply chain issues when necessary and support the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
- Support cross-functional program reviews by providing accurate supply chain status updates and risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities to improve material visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Materials Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering Support, Operations Management, or a related field; or
- Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field with no experience required.

Pay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
