Key Responsibilities
- 10-Key data entry.
- Payment processing and payment posting.
- Data entry of check amounts with a required keystroke accuracy and speed target.
- Scanning and processing payments.
- Invoice entry and supplemental entry.
- Handling and correcting mis keyed mail and data entry errors.
- Lockbox processing is the highest-priority function.
Performance Expectations
- Must achieve approximately8,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Process approximately700–1,200 payments per day, depending on volume.
- Maintain high accuracy in data entry and payment processing.
Work Environment / Volume
- Work volume varies based on business needs.
- Highest volumes typically occur onSaturday, Sunday, and Monday.
