As Head of Financial Reporting & Controlling, Hearing, you will play a central role in supporting and further developing the finance function through a period of change and transformation.

In the role of Head of Financial Reporting & Controlling in the Hearing Finance function, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will oversee statutory reporting and group controlling, while enabling consistent financial information, robust controls and effective decision-making across the organisation.

The Team you will be part of:
You will join a dedicated Finance organisation that works closely with colleagues across business finance, management and cross-functional teams. The function is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, effective controls and commercially relevant financial support across Hearing.

The team values knowledge-sharing, continuous professional development and constructive collaboration. Together, we aim to simplify and improve finance processes, strengthen financial capabilities and position Finance as a trusted strategic partner to the business.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Oversee statutory reporting processes and systems to deliver accurate, consistent and timely financial information.
• Be accountable for quarterly reporting to Amplifon and annual financial statements in Denmark.
• Ensure effective deployment, communication and application of group accounting policies across locations.
• Develop and improve accounting processes, controls and systems in alignment with Amplifon Group requirements.
• Provide practical accounting guidance on technical matters and act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Set the direction for group controlling procedures, controller visit plans and internal-control compliance initiatives across GN Hearing Group.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring a relevant degree in finance, accounting, auditing, business administration or a related field.
• May have experience from an international audit firm, a larger international organisation or a comparable environment.
• Bring solid knowledge of statutory reporting, financial controlling, accounting principles and internal controls.
• Work well with senior stakeholders, communicate clearly in proficient English and translate financial matters into practical recommendations.
• Demonstrate supportive leadership, sound judgement, planning and organising skills, and the ability to guide teams through change.
