About the Role
We are seeking a Llama Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLM (Large Language Model) development, fine-tuning, and integration, particularly with Meta's LLaMA models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions that leverage LLM capabilities for production-grade use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLaMA-based models for various NLP and generative AI applications.
Work with prompt engineering, model optimization, and training pipelines.
Integrate LLM solutions into existing software products and workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into model architectures.
Optimize performance, accuracy, and efficiency of models in production.
Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in LLMs, transformers, and generative AI.
Maintain and document model configurations, datasets, and experiment tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with LLaMA, GPT, Falcon, or similar transformer-based models.
Strong background in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience in fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback), or LoRA.
Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Solid understanding of NLP concepts (tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms).
Ability to work independently and cover US business hours.
