Job Description:

The Listings Coordinator creates and maintains accurate, compelling property listings across Rove Travel’s markets and booking channels. This role combines strong writing, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure each property is presented consistently and ready to book. The coordinator works closely with Launch Operations, Sales and Reservations, Central Operations, City Operations, Business Development, and the Product and Engineering teams.

At Rove Travel, you will:

Listing Creation and Management

• Create, publish, and maintain property listings across Rove Travel’s markets and booking channels.

• Write clear, compelling descriptions that highlight each property’s features and set accurate guest expectations.

• Select and order photos to present each property effectively across channels.

• Verify property details, amenities, house rules, fees, and policies before publication and distribution.

• Conduct regular listing audits to identify outdated content, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve presentation.

• Refresh listing content based on property updates, guest feedback, and channel requirements while maintaining Rove Travel’s brand voice.

Launch and Channel Coordination

• Work with Business Development, Launch Operations, Central Operations, City Operations, and property owners to gather the information needed to create and publish listings.

• Track listing setup, follow up on missing information, and resolve blockers to keep launches moving.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Reservations team to onboard properties to new booking channels and maintain channel-specific listing standards.

• Partner with the Product and Engineering team to identify listing workflow issues and support process improvements.

• Document processes and contribute to standard operating procedures that improve listing accuracy and team workflows.

Pricing Support

• Enter and verify approved rates, fees, minimum stays, and seasonality curves during listing setup and when updates are needed.

• Apply pricing changes provided by the Revenue Management team and verify accuracy across relevant channels.

Qualifications

• Experience creating or managing property listings, preferably in short-term rentals, hospitality, or real estate.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with close attention to accuracy and detail.

• Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines while coordinating with several teams.

• Clear, professional communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving missing information.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, Communications) preferred.

Bonus points if:

• Experience with managing listings using Guesty, Airbnb, Vrbo,Booking.com, or similar systems and channels

• Listings experience in short-term rentals or hotels

• Familiarity with pricing tools such as Wheelhouse or AirDNA

• Experience improving listing workflows or creating SOPs

• Startup experience
