Role Overview

As aSales Closer, you’ll take over warm leads generated by our Business Development and Cold Calling teams. Your mission: build trust, uncover needs, andclose contracts for GPS’s staffing and outsourcing solutions. You’ll be the bridge between interest and revenue — and the reason our pipeline turns into profit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handlequalified leads from outreach teams and convert them into signed clients.
  • Conducthigh-impact discovery and closing calls via Zoom or phone.
  • Present GPS’s solutions with confidence, tailoring each pitch to client pain points.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the BD and staffing teams to ensure seamless client handoff.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records for every prospect interaction.
  • Hit and exceedmonthly close targets — because “almost” doesn’t pay the bills.
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training to sharpen your pitch.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years experience inclosing sales — preferably in BPO, SaaS, staffing, or digital marketing.
  • Proven record ofhitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and VoIP calling platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, persuasive, and confident.
  • Hunger for results and a professional, consultative approach to selling.
