Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and managemarketing automation workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Build and optimizefunnels, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.
• Analyze campaign data toimprove performance, engagement, and ROI.
• Train and support team members in leveraging GoHighLevel effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to executemulti-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, and more).
• Stay ahead ofplatform updates and digital marketing trends to apply best practices.
• Document processes and maintainorganized workflows within the platform.

• Experience working with the GoHighLevel platform (non-negotiable).

• Strong understanding ofmarketing automation, CRM pipelines, and lead funnel processes.
• Hands-on skills inemail marketing, SMS campaigns, and conversion optimization.
• Exceptionalanalytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability tomanage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred, not required).
