Growth Marketing Specialist

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer acquisition, onboarding, product adoption, retention and commercial growth through CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, marketing automation and data-driven optimisation. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Campaign & Content Lead, the role ensures that marketing campaigns translate into measurable customer engagement, product usage and revenue growth.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics or related field
- CRM platform administration and optimisation (advantageous)
- Customer segmentation and audience management
- Customer journey mapping
- Marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data visualisation tools
- HubSpot (advantageous)
- Email marketing platforms
- Marketing attribution
- Looker Studio (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
