Global Pacific Support is looking for experiencedInsurance Agents who are highly proficient in theEzlynx system to join and help build our pioneering team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on a key role in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations. Has strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

• Proven experience as anInsurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with theEZLynx insurance management platform — including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools.
• Ability totrain and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively to management and team members.
• Strong understanding ofinsurance workflows, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
• Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
• Must beself-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
