Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our clients to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is essential in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining organized systems that support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accuratedata entry and maintain organized digital records
  • Manageinbound and outbound email communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Supportteam coordination, including follow-ups and information sharing
  • Assist withadministrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed to support executives and teams
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
