Global Pacific Support is looking for motivatedCold Callers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, generating interest, and setting appointments for our sales or service team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, thrives under pressure, and demonstrates strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience as aCold Calleror in a similar sales or lead generation role
• Strong background or familiarity withdigital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.)
• ExcellentEnglish communication skills – both verbal and written
• Confident, persuasive, and able tobuild rapport quickly with potential clients
• Ability tohandle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
• Reliableinternet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Workinglaptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet and distraction-freework environment
• Proficient in usingCRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
