Together, we are expanding our outreach efforts and seeking motivated cold callers to help connect families with the care they need.
Role Overview
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact, introducing potential clients to our trusted home care services. Your mission is to spark interest, build rapport, and schedule follow-up appointments for our care team.
This role is perfect for individuals who are personable, persuasive, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from targeted lists.
- Clearly communicate the value of home care services with professionalism and empathy.
- Overcome objections while maintaining a positive and respectful approach.
- Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to the client’s care coordinators.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain updated records.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling (preferred).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence in engaging with individuals over the phone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
