Global Pacific Support is seeking talentedAppointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for reaching out, engaging prospects, and scheduling appointments with our sales or service team.

The ideal candidate hasexcellent communication skills, can work efficiently under pressure, and demonstrates strongorganization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required, as you will be communicating with a diverse client base.

• Proven experience as anAppointment Setter,Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role
• ExcellentEnglish and Spanish communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strongpersuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability tohandle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
• Reliableinternet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
• Functionallaptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet and distraction-freehome workspace
• Strongorganizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working withCRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
• Ability towork independently and meet performance targets
