About the Role: The Educational Programs Administrator (EPA) is responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics and administrative processes that support the departmentâs training demos and university webinars. This includes handling inbound leads, scheduling product demonstrations, coordinating and tracking device shipments, confirming appointments, and organizing university webinars. The role ensures seamless execution of all operational aspects, enabling the team to deliver high-quality training experiences while maintaining efficient communication and workflow across multiple team members and all stages of engagement.Â
Responsibilities: Delivers high-touch engagement through multiple platforms including inbound and outbound calls, email, and online scheduling requests related to Educational Programs.Â
Works to schedule Speech Language Pathologists for device demos, webinars, and in-services, including the ordering of loaner devices and other necessary materialsÂ
Works to schedule consumers for Communication Coaching sessionsÂ
Ensures device shipments arrive in time for hands on educational activitiesÂ
Monitors cancellations and works with SLPs on rescheduling of scheduled activitiesâŻÂ
Multi-tasks and successfully executes projects under a heavy workload, tightâŻÂ deadlines and changing conditionsâŻâŻÂ
Coordinates loaner device recall when device demos /webinars have concludedâŻâŻâŻâŻÂ
Triages opportunities and customer issuesâŻand transfers to the appropriate team memberÂ
Creates LG accounts for external SLP usersÂ
Performs University-specific tracking and proceduresÂ
Offers exceptional customer service experience in every interaction consistent with Lingraphica's core valuesÂ
Collaborates with the Clinical Educators when needed for specific projects Â
Provides phone support for incoming and outgoing calls by acting as the transfer person for issues/questions regarding specific Educational Programs Â
Coordinates logistics and plans education events Â
Follows up with contacts and assigned leads (via internal and external list sources) to increase engagement with educational programsÂ
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Proficient in basic computer programs with willingness to learn new systemsâŻÂ
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365âŻÂ
Self-motivatedâŻÂ
Organized, attention to detailâŻâŻÂ
Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skillsâŻÂ
1-2 years related customer service, sales, marketing and/or related administrative experienceâŻâŻâŻÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Experience with OneDrive, RingCentral, and HubSpotâŻor similar CRM. Â
Experience in the healthcare industry and/or durable medical equipmentÂ
Work Environment & Physical DemandsâŻÂ
The incumbent works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.âŻâŻThe ability to operate a computerâŻwith or without reasonable accommodation is required.âŻâŻâŻÂ

Monday â Friday, 8:30 am â 4:30 pm â open to PST, MST, CST, and EST time zones.Â
TravelâŻÂ
Travel by air isâŻrequiredâŻupâŻtoâŻtwo (2) times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-companyâŻmeeting.âŻâŻÂ  Â

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency Â
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting hourly range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
