### **Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Software Engineer** with **4–6 years of experience** who enjoys building high-quality software in a startup environment. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to design, build, and scale core platform features.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Design, build, and maintain **high-quality, scalable software** across frontend and backend
* Develop frontend applications using **Next.js**
* Build backend services and APIs using **Go (Golang)** and/or **Python**
* Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
* Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ship features fast
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
* Take ownership of features from concept to production
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and requirements

### **Required Skills & Experience**

* **4-6 years** of professional software development experience
* Strong experience with **JavaScript / TypeScript** and **Next.js**
* Experience with **Golang and/or Python** (preference for candidates comfortable with both)
* Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend services, and databases
* Experience working in a **startup or fast-paced product environment**
* Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design
* Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code
* Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset

### **Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience building **B2B SaaS products**
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
* Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
* Experience with modern databases (Postgres, MongoDB, etc.)
* Prior experience scaling systems or working on performance-critical paths
* Prior experience working in a startup
