ROLE OVERVIEW
TheStrategicPartner SuccessManageris responsible formanagingandgrowingrelationships withLifeStance’slargest patient referral sources includinghealth systems, independent medical practices, andother behavioral healthorganizationsintheir assigned markets. The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Corporate and Business Development, and will workhand-in-hand with crossfunctionalleadership to growourreferral base.
COMPENSATION:$90,000 - $120,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan
RESPONSIBILITIES
Foster ongoing relationships and partnership with our largestreferral partners to drive loyalty and growthof patient referrals to LifeStance
Collaborate with the SVP, BusinessDevelopment and other business development leadersto develop a nationalstrategy and implementationplan to increase awareness of and drive referrals toward our clinical service offerings.
Strategicallyidentify, and execute on, opportunities for growth within existing referral relationships.
Troubleshoot barriers and challengesencountered by referral sourcesthat inhibita seamless patientreferralprocess.
Develop andmaintaintrust with key stakeholders, both internal and externalto LifeStance.
Partner withLifeStance’s marketing teamoncollateraldevelopment and educational materials.
In partnership withLifeStance’s clinical leadership, arrange educational opportunities to engage potential referral sources.
Stay abreast of industry trends, analyzing market dynamics, and competitor activityto inform strategic decision-making.
Assist inmaintainingacurrent,comprehensive, andorganized customer relationship management system (CRM).
Proactivelyidentify areas of underperformance(e.g., partners with declining referral volume)andtake corrective action.
Operate with high integrity andcomply with company policies and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, marketing,healthcareora related field.
7+ years ofaccount managementand/or business development(BD)experience, preferably in healthcare services.
Experience working in the behavioral health industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Proventrack record of growing a book of business and successfully achieving targets.
Analyzingstructured andunstructured data to draw actionable conclusions, prioritizetimeand resources, and implement process changes.
