This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to join our international Talent Acquisition team and make an immediate impact by supporting strategic recruitment initiatives across multiple business units. DESCRIPTION
As a Recruiter, you will act as a strategic Talent Advisor, managing end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions across Thermo Fisher Scientific. You will partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments.
Preferred degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);Workday experience is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience using recruitment metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Mandarin) are considered an asset.
Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
Experience representing an employer at career fairs and recruitment events.
