Job Description Â
We are seeking a Principal Knowledge & Training Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you will have a key role in coordinating access to governed knowledge  and coordinating training programs for our clinical research teams . You will coordinate and facilitate training sessions, develop set-up and maintain knowledge centers within SharePoint, and support a culture of continuous learning and excellence in a global working environment.Â

Your contributions will enhance the organization as you support training programs and maintain documentation in knowledge centers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams both global and office based. This role contributes directly to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Â

Responsibilities:Â
Â
Support Knowledge Management intake processes Â
Assist with content tracking, metadata management, and operational administration Â
Support governance and compliance-related operational activities Â
Contribute to process standardization and operational excellence initiativesÂ
Support operational workflows within SharePoint environments Â
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelÂ
Assist in maintaining and improving operational processes using Power AutomateÂ
Coordinate end-to-end training administration such as managing training schedules, communications, tracking, and reporting Â
Support onboarding and learning coordination activities Â
Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training requests and activities Â
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve manual processesÂ
Requirements:Â
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and ExcelÂ
Strong presentation and facilitation abilitiesÂ
Excellent organizational and project management skillsÂ
Superior written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesÂ
Flexibility to work in a global environmentÂ
Able to design PowerAutomate flows or willing to develop relevant skillsetÂ
Education and Experience:Â Â
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Â
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-2 years ). Â
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.Â
