Trialmed is now actively recruiting for a highly driven and successfulBusiness Development Liaison to join our Business Development (BD) team. This position supports Trialmed’s Early Phase capabilities: our Early Phase CRO and Clinical Research Units


Essential Functions

  • Collaboration with Business Development team, internal Subject Matter Experts and Clients to support business development activity
  • Help create compelling content and manage prospective selling initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support preparation of materials for key client meetings
  • Help to maximize the client facing time of the assigned BD team


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification. Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
  • In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, or related field

  • Advanced proficiency in sales automation systems, CRM (particularly Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
  • Experience in life sciences industry preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical or CRO sectors
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to work independently
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining client-facing materials and proposals

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $63,900.00–$106,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
