Preferred Licensure
- LCSW or LMSW
- Candidates working toward full LCSW licensure are encouraged to apply
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
- Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution
- Active GeorgiaLCSW or LMSW licensure
- 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
