About the Role:As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.
  • Assist in supervision of LSW's working towards full licensure.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience at the LCSW level and supervisor training or ability to complete supervisory training.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth.
  • Passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness.
