This role offersclinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational supportin post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).Role Overview
- Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Gainesville, Pilot Point, Celina, and Dallas, Texas
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated compensation range of $122,884 - $145,521 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Texas license as a clinical psychologist
- PhD or PsyD required
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- 6 months experience needed as a clinical psychologist
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
