We're looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist with at least 2 years experience, who is passionate about men's grooming, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. We provide a modern barbershop experience where every guest receives more than just a haircut. From hot towels and neck shaves to personalized consultations and styling, we focus on creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

If you're looking for a place where you can continue developing your skills, build a loyal clientele, and be part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

  •  Provide beard trims and detailing
  •  Straight razor neck shaves (training available)
  •  Recommend professional products when appropriate
  •  Deliver exceptional customer service
  •  Build lasting relationships with clients
  •  Encourage rebooking and repeat visits
  •  Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  •  Work as part of a team to keep the shop looking its best

What We're Looking For

  •  Comfortable cutting men's hair
  •  Positive and coachable
  •  Friendly and professional
  •  Reliable and punctual
  •  Comfortable working weekends
  •  Team-oriented
  •  Detail-focused
  •  Interested in long-term career growth
Straight razor experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.

Why Join Diesel Barbershop?

We offer:
  •  Guaranteed hourly pay or commission, whichever is higher
  •  Flexible scheduling
  •  Marketing that brings clients into the shop
  •  Online booking system
  •  Walk-in traffic
  •  Paid holidays (eligibility applies)
  •  Ongoing education and coaching
  •  Opportunities for raises and bonuses
  •  Career advancement opportunities
  •  A clean, modern shop with a fun atmosphere

Weekend availability is required during the first 90 days to help build your clientele.

  3.  In-person interview
  4.  Test haircut
  5.  Job offer
If you're ready to grow your skills, build a loyal clientele, and join a team that values great service as much as great haircuts, we'd love to hear from you.
