2nd line Application Support Engineer (Java, Hybris)

We are looking for a2nd Line Application Support Engineer (Java, Hybris) to join the team of the largest international health & beauty retail group in Asia and Europe. The company operates the world's largest portfolio of retail formats and retail brands spanning health & beauty, luxury perfumeries and cosmetics, food, electronics and fine wine.

Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00 Kyiv time.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Hybris-based ecommerce websites
• Support existing solutions and resolve technical issues
• Migrate existing business units to the latest versions
• Provide 2nd line technical support to end users and internal teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
• Monitor and maintain the stability of existing ecommerce platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in application support
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Knowledge of Java and Hybris
• Skills in problem solving and troubleshooting
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and migration processes
• Orientation on customer satisfaction and service quality
