Lake Geneva Country Meats, a family-owned business since 1965, seeks a dedicated and hardworking individual for an entry-level position in the meat industry as a Meat Production Assistant - Boxing Specialist. This role offers a no-expereince necessary opportunity for individuals aspiring to start in the industry, as it has been the foundation for many of our senior employees' success stories.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Box and carry out customer orders, ensuring proper packaging.
• Assist with assorted tasks including grinding meat, aiding in sausage production, and maintaining cleanliness on the production floor.
• Handle packaging tasks using equipment like thermoform fill-seal packages, vacuum sealers, and more.
• Properly label products with the help of a deli scale and a computer-controlled industrial label printer.
• Assist in stock reception and storage.
• Adhere strictly to USDA food safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.

Working Conditions:
