We are looking for an

AI Producer (m/f/d)

Location:Munich (hybrid: remote + on-site as required)
  • You own the end-to-end agentic production flow for our AI-first production unit — from client brief and asset intake through delivery, QC, and sign-off.
  • You translate briefs into bids, scope effort, define deliverables, and price work in a space where no standard rate card exists yet. You make the business case.
  • You plan and own the numbers. You understand where money is made or lost in a production and act accordingly.
  • You coordinate across clients, directors, and creative leads, translate briefs into actionable AI production pipelines, and keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • You recruit, crew, and manage a roster of AI-fluent artists, editors, and supervisors on a project-by-project basis.
  • You supervise the quality of generative output by spotting errors, maintaining visual consistency, and ensuring deliverables meet broadcast or campaign standards.
  • You support business development and help shape our pipeline and business cases.
  • You have a media production background, ideally with post-production or VFX proximity. Supervisor, line producer, post producer, or similar.
  • You have hands-on working knowledge of AI generation tools — ComfyUI, Magnific, Seedance, Veo
  • You don't shed away from agentic workflow automation.
  • You are a natural translator: you can speak creative with directors and technical with artists.
  • You are comfortable operating in an experimental, fast-moving environment where the tools, workflows, and client expectations are all still being defined.
  • You are either experienced, or have great creative ideas on AI organization. We value both.
  • You're fluent in English; German is a plus.
