Maintenance Engineer | Graduate Program

• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment to ensure reliability and technical availability.

• Monitor maintenance plans, equipment performance, and maintenance activities, taking necessary corrective actions.

• Identify and support improvements to maintenance processes, production equipment, and facility systems.

• Analyze breakdown and repair reports to help reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.

• Support spare-parts planning, availability, and inventory optimization for production and facility equipment.

• Support the installation, relocation, commissioning, and requalification of equipment, as well as maintenance of utilities and facility systems.

• Work closely with Production and relevant departments to minimize equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and production interruption

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good English communication skills..

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
