Job Description
Bring your full-funnel commercial brand marketing expertise, critical thinking, and energy to help deliver our mission: to develop the builders of tomorrow through play. Because playing equips children with the skills, they need to learn and grow. This position covers the Pre school and Girls segment, connecting audience strategy, media plans and local activation across consumer, shopper and retail touchpoints. Â
This role is a parental cover for approx. 18 months, based in Prague. Â

The Marketing team builds plans that create demand, grow brand equity, and connect more people with the power of play. Together with Sales, Retail, Finance, Digital and agency partners, the team turns insight into campaigns that perform across the local market. This is a chance to shape a major business segment!Â
Core ResponsibilitiesÂ
Shape audience strategy for the Pre-school and Girls segments, balancing in-year delivery with next-year growth plans.Â
Lead local deployment of global campaigns, adapting activity for cultural relevance, and market needs.Â
Select portfolio priorities for communication and trade, linking marketing choices to commercial performance.Â
Handle media investment, channel mix, budgets and ROI tracking across audience-led plans.Â
Translate consumer, shopper and competitor insight into clear actions across demand planning and execution.Â
Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution – plan, prioritize and deliverÂ
Good understanding of business drivers and how marketing contributes to growthÂ
Experience with marketing planning and budget management, including performance trackingÂ
Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data, drawing insights and turning them into actionsÂ
Stakeholder management - ability to work cross-functionally and align with different teams (e.g. sales, retail, finance), Positive and effective team-player with excellent collaboration skillsÂ

Do you have what it takes?Â
Experience running brand initiatives with a visible impact on consumer or commercial performance.Â
Digital media, partnerships, audience planning, or shopper research experience.Â
Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver across marketing calendars and budgets.Â
Comfortable using data to find insight, assess performance, and improve activity.Â
Clear communication in English, with collaborative ways of working across functions.
An ability to work 3 days in the Prague office per week, 2 days from home.Â
Nice to Have:Â
Experience in toys, entertainment, retail, consumer goods, or adult lifestyle categories.Â
Proficiency in Czech / Slovak is ideal as is a business proficiency level in English both written and spoken.Â
