MUST:
Experienced Legal Practice Assistant
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in a law firm or professional legal environment
Experience supporting attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas
Experience with Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and/or Trusts & Estates matters preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with InTapp Time Entry required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast legal environment
Knowledge of iManage and Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
DUTIES:
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas
Prepare, revise, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and attorney schedules
Assist with document organization, filing, and matter management
Enter and maintain attorney time using InTapp Time Entry
Maintain electronic and physical client files and records
Coordinate internal and external communications with clients, attorneys, and other parties
Assist with Corporate, Litigation, Tax, and Trusts & Estates matters as needed
Support document management and organization using iManage when applicable
Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient day-to-day legal practice operations
