What You’ll Be Doing:

We're looking for aLeasing Professional to join our team at a vibrant student housing community, where no two days look the same and every lease you sign helps create a home students are excited to live in!

As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of our community — guiding prospective residents through the entire rental journey, from first tour to move-in day. You'll manage everything from attracting and assessing potential residents to finalizing lease documentation, all while building genuine connections with students and families along the way. Your energy and people skills will directly shape the success of our community!

Compensation and Incentives 

Excellent Base Pay : $18.00 - $22.00/hour  

20% Rent Discount  

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)  

$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)  

Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We’ll Expect from You:  

Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.  

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties. 

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.  

Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
