| The offshore Surgical Analyst is a single seat covering SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours. The role pairs with the offshore Lab Analyst on shared overnight coverage windows. OR-related events have revenue impact and may carry clinical-safety severity. | |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Â |
|  | • Provide Cerner SurgiNet support across perioperative workflow during IST hours. |
|  | • Troubleshoot OR workflow and case management issues. |
|  | • Support anesthesia documentation issues. |
|  | • Support OR scheduling and resource template troubleshooting. |
|  | • Support PACU workflow. |
|  | • Inspect HL7 v2.x ORM and SIU messages for OR diagnosis. |
|  | • Maintain ServiceNow queue discipline. |
| REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS | Â |
| Cerner SurgiNet Support (required) | Cerner SurgiNet production support across pre-op, intra-op, post-op, and PACU. |

| Anesthesia Documentation (required) | Anesthesia documentation issue support. AIMS workflow triage. |
