Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce CPQ

We are hiring aLead Software Engineer - Salesforce CPQ to deliver hands-on Salesforce engineering, converting solution designs into robust implementations. You will steer CPQ configuration and ARM migration work while integrating Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and external systems based on the agreed architecture
• Mentor developers by leading code reviews, reinforcing coding standards, and guiding technical execution
• Build and debug integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP and legacy databases using batch, near real-time, and real-time patterns
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to confirm requirements and align engineering deliverables to business outcomes
• Build REST and SOAP APIs in line with the defined API-led integration strategy
• Support integration tools and middleware platforms used to connect business systems by configuring and troubleshooting them
• Enforce data integration and governance controls to preserve data quality and consistency during delivery
• Set up Salesforce CPQ features including product bundles, pricing rules, quote calculation logic, and approval workflows per documented business requirements
• Assist sales and finance teams throughout build and testing to validate the quote generation process
• Lead technical build and code review workshops and create artifacts such as data model documentation and integration build specs
• Own the lead engineer role for large-scale data migration workstreams, managing the transition of complex datasets into Salesforce
• Create scalable, secure migration tooling and scripts for large data volumes while meeting security standards and platform limitations
• Drive data migration execution by coordinating profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, and reconciliation
• Provide technical leadership on data handling practices, archival implementation, and master data management build activities
• Manage hands-on release management tasks including deployments, environment management, and go-live technical readiness for large-scale programs

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with 8-12 years in IT
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration such as product bundles, pricing rules, and approval workflows
• Hands-on experience creating and debugging integrations via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms
• Solid background in databases, integration middleware, and enterprise systems including ERP
• Proven leadership in engineering teams, including code reviews and enforcement of coding standards and best practices
• Strong experience with enterprise data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, and reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable and secure migration tooling and scripts for large data volumes
• Clear understanding of data governance controls that ensure data quality and consistency
• Working knowledge of master data management (MDM) build activities and archival implementation
• Experience coordinating release management work, including deployments and environment management
• Capability in performance tuning, running data migration scripts, and supporting release management for large-scale programs
