Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedServiceNow Developer.The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform security, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• ConfigureCatalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Implement IAM workflows, access management, role/group management, and identity lifecycle automation.

• Support and customizeIncident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SLA processes.

• ManageACLs, roles, update sets, notifications, data policies, and deployments.

• Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, UAT support, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Good to have experience inIAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.

• StrongJavaScript and Glide API skills.

• Experience withFlow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal/Employee Center, and CMDB.

• Good understanding of asset lifecycle management and data modeling.

• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

• REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub experience.

• Exposure toHRSD, SAM, Discovery, and ATF.
