About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in SAP LE processes, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Logistics Execution, delivery processing, IDoc monitoring, and production support.
• The role requires close collaboration with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless warehouse and logistics operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support and manage end-to-end SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes, including inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Configure and troubleshoot inbound delivery, outbound delivery, shipping, goods movement, and delivery processing issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to delivery documents, shipment processing, and logistics execution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound IDocs, ensuring successful integration with external systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for failed IDocs and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, and Transportation teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
• Support production incidents, service requests, problem management, and system enhancements in line with SLAs.
• Participate in system testing, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
• Prepare functional specifications and support custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical business issues while maintaining system stability and performance.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
• Good understanding of inbound delivery and outbound delivery processes.
• Experience in shipping, goods issue, goods receipt, and delivery processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs, ALE, and interface monitoring.
• Knowledge of warehouse and logistics integration with SAP SD and MM.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP transaction codes related to delivery processing and IDoc monitoring.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP LE or SAP S/4HANA Logistics certification is preferred.
• Experience working in global AMS/Production Support environments.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
