The Opportunity:
UST is looking for a Lab Technician to provide technical leadership across Client validation environments. The role focuses on advanced lab operations, complex debugging, root cause analysis, engineering escalations, infrastructure readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable validation operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead complex lab operations, advanced debugging, root cause analysis, and engineering escalations across Client validation environments.
- Develop new recovery procedures and troubleshooting methodologies for issues where documented solutions are not available.
- Optimize lab workflows, operational processes, and support methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate technical activities with Client stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional groups.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to onsite lab operations teams.
- Support lab planning, infrastructure readiness, hardware qualification, and validation environment preparation.
- Manage hardware availability, inventory governance, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle activities.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures, operational documentation, and best practice guidelines.
- Drive resolution of high-priority technical issues while ensuring timely escalation and closure.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with operational KPIs, quality standards, and validation environment requirements.

- Ability to manage critical issues and coordinate with global engineering teams.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
