Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in Change and Release Management to design, develop, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading development efforts, ensuring best practices, and supporting efficient and compliant release processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions focused onChange Management andRelease Management modules.
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Implement and enhance change models, release workflows, and deployment processes.
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for change and release processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Support platform upgrades, patches, and release cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Expertise inChange Management andRelease Management modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
