  • Mandatory Skills:
    • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / ISO 19011 qualification
    • IATF 16949 Certified 1st/2nd Party Auditor
    • IRCA or VDA 6.3 certification preferred
    • 5+ years in Automotive Quality Management
    • 3+ years in Management System Auditing
    • Experience conducting20+ system audits
    • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, governance, and risk management
    • Experience handling internal & external audits, certification bodies, audit planning, documentation, and SharePoint
    • Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills
    • Willingness to travel30–50% (domestic/international)
  • Exposure to multi-site/global audits and additional languages (German/Spanish/Portuguese).
