đȘWhat You Should Know:Â
Youâll be on your feet most of the shiftâstanding, walking, climbing stairs, and handling leashed dogs.Â
Must be able tolift up to 40lbs (sometimesitâs a crate, sometimesitâs a sleepy bulldog).Â
Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidaysrequired (petsdonât take days off).Â
Exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and, ahem, âaccidentsâ is part of the gig.Â

đWhatYouâll Be Doing(Besides Keeping the Shift Running and the TailsWagginâ):Â
Leading the pack during your assigned shiftsâcoaching, guiding, and setting the tone for pet care excellence.Â
Working alongside Animal Care Attendants to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a whole lot of tail wags.Â
Training new hires on proper pet handling, procedures, and how not to get jumped by five doodles at once.Â
Monitoring pet guests for health, safety, and general cuteness; reporting anything off to the General or Assistant Manager.Â
Serving up food, fresh water, and daily TLC to every furry guest.Â
Overseeing meds and special needs guests (bonus points ifyouâre med-savvy or CPR trained).Â
Bathing and brushing our four-legged VIPs (Very Important Pups).Â
Making sure the place is clean, cozy, and smells less like a wet dog and more like 'spa day at the kennel.

Youâre obsessed withanimals and it shows. (We see you, covered in pet hair and proud.)Â
Previousworkexperience in animal care? Yes please.Â
Med administration experience? Even better.Â
You lead by exampleâwhetheritâs scooping, scrubbing, or stepping in when things get off track.Â
Calm under pressure (even when someone mistakes your shoelace for a chew toy).Â
Confident inguiding and supporting teammates to do their best.Â
CPR training is a big plus (but we can help with that too).Â
High school diplomarequired.Â
