What you'll do...
Role summary:The (USA) Staff, Product Manager leads strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This senior individual contributor role requires strong stakeholder leadership and deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. The role involves supporting data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver E2E solutions for Enterprise Initiatives. The position demands expertise in product lifecycle management, emerging technologies, and advanced analytics to influence product direction and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to manage product lifecycle, risks, and launch readiness.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance.
- Mentor product managers, elevate product discipline, and influence technical direction without direct authority.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in defining and executing end-to-end product strategy and roadmaps for complex or related product sets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior partners.
- Advanced data-driven decision-making capabilities, including analytics, experimentation, and AI feature assessment.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Experience managing product lifecycle from discovery through launch and value realization.
- Technical proficiency in system architecture, cloud services, and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
- Ability to mentor and elevate less experienced product managers within the team.

Sunnyvale, California US-11657: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
