Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and company standards
• Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and organized
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and concepts
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Follow all sanitation procedures and safety standards
• Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook A' in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
