Job description:
**Laylo is the drop engine behind todayâs biggest merch, ticket, and content launches.**Â Our platform unites nextâgen CRM, crossâplatform messaging, landing pages, and deep link tracking so artists, managers, labels, and partners can turn every release into a revenue moment.
Weâre looking for a strategic and creative **Account Manager** to work with our VIP Pop & Electronic clients, with a deep understanding of fan engagement in the music and entertainment space. Youâll manage our most exciting clients â labels, artists, managers, and promoters â helping them run world-class campaigns that leverage Layloâs tools to their full potential.
### **What youâll doâŚ**
* Be the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic guidance, onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.
* Develop a deep understanding of clients' goals and build proactive campaign plans to drive fan engagement, growth, and ROI.
* Manage a substantial book of business and be responsible for churn, upselling, and expansion plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
* Partner with clients to ideate and deploy innovative drops â whether for teaser campaigns, giveaways, or presale signups.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to surface client feedback and influence platform enhancements.
* Maintain account health and growth plans in Hubspot, tracking upsell opportunities and engagement trends.
### **Weâre excited about you if youâŚ**
* Have 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services â preferably at a tech company, management company, label, or agency.
* Are a strategic thinker who understands the funnel from fan acquisition to conversion.
* Understand the importance of both speed and quality, and the trade-offs of choosing one over the other.
* Are a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple client relationships at once.
* Care about creators and want to build something meaningful. The tools we create will empower the next generation of entrepreneurs, and we take that responsibility seriously.
### **Bonus points ifâŚ**
* Youâve run music or entertainment campaigns â especially those tied to tours, streams, or other fan drops.
* Youâve built plans incorporating SMS, email, or IG DM automations â or synced data from tools like Shopify or Spotify for Artists.
* Youâve worked with Laylo â or a similar CRM or fan marketing platform.
