### Backend

Rust, gRPC, and PostgreSQL on AWS.
We're building a next-generation API, prioritising good tools for getting code from local to prod with minimal red tape and review. We're also working on new tools like a dynamically created DAG of automated workflows that will pick apart and analyze ownership history, making the information immediately available to the user.

### Frontend

React Native, Redux, CodePush, Detox, and RNTL.
React Native has allowed us to prototype extremely quickly, taking an average of 3 weeks to release entirely new apps. We focus on ease of use and quick iteration, gathering feedback from users and pushing updates immediately with codepush. We've also developed a custom framework for forced updates when breaking changes are required.

Job description:

**Role Summary:**\
 Responsible for generating upsell opportunities, keeping customers informed on order status, and identifying new association-level sales opportunities.\
\
**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make outbound calls to customers for upselling additional services.
* Explain upsell offerings clearly and convert leads into sales.
* Provide timely updates to customers on the status of upsell orders.
* Maintain accurate records of upsell activities and customer interactions.
* Identify and approach new apartment associations for potential sales opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of upsell services.

* Good communication and persuasion skills
* Customer handling and follow-up ability
* Basic CRM or tracking knowledge
* Sales-oriented mindset
* Ability to identify and close new opportunities

**Preferred:**

* Experience in real estate or service sales
* Comfortable with calling and field coordination
