**What you'll do**

* Own product design end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped product.
* Design complex B2B workflows across billing, pricing, metering, invoicing, subscriptions, wallets, and analytics.
* Turn messy, technical, and ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive product experiences.
* Prototype quickly to test ideas, clarify direction, and accelerate decision-making.
* Partner closely with engineers during implementation to make sure design quality survives shipping.

**Who you are**

* You ship fast and stay in motion: you'd rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month.
* You elevate craft while moving fast: pixels, copy, empty states, edge cases, and interaction details matter to you.
* You're AI-native in how you work: you use AI tools to extend what you can design, prototype, write, research, and build.
* You stay close to the market: you design for where product and AI capabilities are heading, not only what Lago can do today.
* You communicate clearly: you align people, challenge assumptions constructively, and create clarity when things are ambiguous.

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, infrastructure, or complex workflow products.
* A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking: problem framing, UX exploration, visual design, interaction details, and shipped outcomes.
* Exceptional visual and interaction design skills across typography, layout, information hierarchy, states, microcopy, and accessibility.
* Ability to prototype quickly in Figma, code, AI-assisted tools, or other environments to explore ideas and accelerate decisions.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to align people, explain trade-offs, and defend a design direction clearly.
