Location: Fully remote
Schedule:
· This is a virtual, full time (40 hr/wk), position with a Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule (EST working hours)
· The shifts and hours may vary slightly depending on business needs
· Reliable and dependable attendance is an essential function of the position
In this role:
· You will manage third party vendor relationships, monitor activities and evaluate respective performance, and resolve escalated issues from internal and external clients
· You will plan and organize work, ensure adequate resources, and maintain work on Transportation’s and other related department’s schedules
· You will maintain updated relevant client and route information as well as data integrity, utilization, and maximization of TMS, Intergis VCR, or any applicable systems
· You will implement the Transportation department's strategy and communicate a coherent vision for the department
· You will communicate with other related departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed

· A High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A 2- or 4-year degree is preferred
